France is one of the world's finest culinary locations and offers the exquisite epicurean eating experience to all who live and visit the beautiful country of France .
At Four Sisters Catering we offer only the finest cuisine to give our customers the epicurean experience they deserve. Some of the famous dishes you will see at Four Sisters Catering will be Coquilles San Jaque which is scallops in a white wine and Vermouth sauce,
French salads are a great way to cleanse the palate in between courses while eating the cuisine which include a beautiful salad of asparagus, hearts of psalm with a red wine vinaigrette dressing. Fish en papillote (white fish in parchment paper), fresh vegetables, Saffron Rice. A popular dessert in France is crepes Suzette and Creme Brulee'
The Hawaiian Cuisine incorporates five distinct styles of food reflecting the diverse food history of settlement and immigration in the Hawaiian Islands.
These include: Polynesian, Natives, European, American and New England Cuisine.

Our Hawaiian Menu includes dishes such as Fruit Kabobs with roasted coconut, Polynesian Honey Lime Drummets, Kaula Pork served with a Sweet Mango Sauce, Hot Shrimp, Pork Butt Lau Lau, Pina Colada Chicken served with Pineapple & Coconut Sauce. A Typical Mezze will consist of an elaborate variety of foods such as salads which are tabbouleh and fattoush, hummus, homemade baked pita chips, baba ghanoush (eggplant), kiebbeh, Stuffed Grape leaves, meat and vermicelli rice.
The Lebanese flat bread is a staple to every Lebanese meal and can be used to replace the usage of the fork. Pastries include: baklava, kaak, sfouf and maamoul.

Venice Cuisine is the result of exchanges and meetings between ingredients, recipes and cultures crossing throughout history.
Traditional Venetian cooking is basically a simple cuisine. Both the basic elements of cooking and the methods of preparation were and are still today simple & quick today.
A great starter is the Antipasti marinated eggplant with grilled peppers, Salsa Verde and Fontina cheese roll. Primo (1st course) Risotto Con Fruitti Di Mare Saffron Rice with Seafood. Scendo (2nd course) Polenta with wild mushrooms in a white wine cream sauce. Grilled Veal Chop with Rose Mary and grilled zucchini sauteed in garlic. Insalata Misto (The salad is at the end of the meal) mixed greens, Roma tomatoes, Artichokes and sliced red onion and radicchio. Dolce (Dessert) wonderful Homemade Tiramisu, chocolate covered Cannoli's served with Italian Roast Coffee.

At Four Sisters Catering Chef Michele was born and raised in the heart of Louisiana! Growing up in the South and embracing her Lebanese heritage merged the perfect recipe for her authentic International cuisine she creates for The Alamo City today.
New Orleans was founded by the French in 1718 and believe it or not little or NO French is spoken in New Orleans!
The most common misunderstanding of Creole and Cajun Cuisine is that these two unique foods are interchangeable.
While there is a cross over in ingredients and technique the two are very distinct. The most delicious dishes you will find with our Mardi Gras Madness Party is our famous King Rex Crab Cheese Rolls, French Cheese with Fruit Garnish, Crescent City Seafood Gumbo, French market Salad, Blackened Grilled Chicken Creole, Bourbon Street White Chocolate bread Pudding.
