I wanted to thank you for all of your efforts, your hard work, creativity, and willingness to work with a situation that was not ideal. As is so often the case with planning a big event, something goes wrong. I was short 5 tables, forgot to buy my sashes-and thus faced the prospect of my linens blowing away throughout the outside event, and even had a port-a-cool air conditioner go out, spraying water over a large part of the parking lot in which we held our event.
Your reaction throughout these madcap moments was, "It's alright. We can work with this..." It kept me sane in the two hours leading up to the event. It was actually upon your arrival that I was able to go inside, cool off, and get some things done that I had not previously been able to accomplish, because I had to be in 10 places at once that day.
The food was a big hit! The decorations you brought really livened up the food tent , but I am prehaps most grateful that when you arrived-with family members, bartenders and a general crew- I knew that I could finally breathe and leave the work/management of things to someone I could trust.
